- all riders must be minimum 25 years of age
- damage/abuse deposit of $2500 CND on credit card (Visa M\C Amex)
- valid motorcycle operator's license (preferably an International Driver's License for non residents) indicating endorsement to operate heavyweight motorcycles
- at LEAST
one year recent experience riding a motorcycle of 750 cc or larger. Our tours involve varying riding conditions and are not for the inexperienced. Should it be determined, at the sole discretion of the attending McScoot's guide, that any tour participant is incapable of handling his or her motorcycle or is placing himself or herself or any other tour members at risk motorcycle operating privileges will be withdrawn. No refund
- all tour participants will be required to sign an "acceptance of risk and liability waiver" prior to departure. Copies will be supplied with the pre tour package
- a deposit of $500 CND is required at the time of reservation. Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to departure by way of Bank draft or Credit card (Visa M/C Amex)
- cancellations are accepted in writing only and are subject to the following as at the date of receipt of notice
*30-15 days prior to tour date - 50% refund
*45-30 days prior to tour date - 75% refund
*less than 15 days - no refund
- we reserve the right to cancel a tour up to 30 days prior to departure when the minimum group size of four McScoot's owned motorcycles in not attained
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
- tour language is English
- it is recommended that all participants obtain travel accident and sickness, lost baggage, and trip cancellation insurance
- each operator is responsible for their own traffic/parking violations
- it is recommended that you bring your own helmet and riding gear (including a rain suit) We do have a small amount of gear available for those that do not have their own. Please discuss with us prior to arrival.
- Be sure to bring your Motorcycle Operators License, Passport and Indentification.
